Director

Leads the organisation’s local strategy and partnerships, keeping prevention work grounded in long-term relationships with families and community services.

Sinead Byrne

Family Support Coordinator

Works closely with parents and carers to navigate services, reduce pressure at home, and build steadier routines around children and young people.

Darren Kavanagh

Youth Development Worker

Runs group sessions and one-to-one support that help young people build confidence, stay connected, and talk through pressure before it escalates.

Aisling O'Connor

Community Outreach Lead

Builds day-to-day links with residents, schools, and local partners so support is visible in the places where families already gather and ask for help.

Mark Doyle

Programme Facilitator

Designs workshops on resilience, choice, and healthy coping, making complex prevention topics accessible for different age groups and community settings.

Schools Liaison Officer

Coordinates with teachers and support staff to identify early concerns, strengthen referrals, and keep prevention work connected to school life.

Volunteer and Mentoring Coordinator

Supports local volunteers and peer mentors, helping them turn lived experience, reliability, and practical care into trusted community support.
